The platform sole gives me just enough height without feeling clunky, and the exaggerated lug bottom grips surprisingly well on wet pavement. I’ve worn them three days straight and they’re already broken in, which never happens with high-tops for me.
The pull tabs with that retro webbing are such a nice touch—they make slipping these on way easier than my other high-tops. The exaggerated lug bottom looks even cooler in person and gives the white platform a chunky, ’60s vibe I keep getting compliments on.
