Baserad på en bortglömd prototyp som kärleksfullt kallades "The Lost Boat Shoe", är denna mycket begränsade upplaga utvecklad och tillverkad i Maine tillsammans med Quoddy, där SeaVees grundare och vd Steven Tiller inledde sin karriär. Tillverkad av premium Horween-läder från USA, har denna modell en skräddarsydd tvådelad överdel, äkta mockasinkonstruktion, handsömnad och en Vibram-märke som inte lämnar märken med vågmönstrad sula.

Took these out for a full day on the dock and the leather broke in beautifully right out of the box. The West Coast reimagining gives them a slightly sleeker silhouette than my old pair, and the limited edition backstory is a fun talking point. Really glad I snagged a pair before they were gone.

These are easily the most comfortable boat shoes I've owned, the leather broke in after just a couple of wears. Being a "lost prototype" design gives them a unique story, and the weathered wood finish hides scuffs from the dock really well.
