日本のヴィンテージ・アメリカーナ文化への敬意に着想を得たSato Oxfordは、1960年代に誕生したオリジナルスタイル「Legend Sneaker」ことサーキュラー・ヴァンプ・オックスフォード（CVO）を現代的に解釈した一足です。パターンの曲線から、分厚いリブ入りフォクシングテープの高さ、二重構造のラバートゥキャップまで、主要な特徴をすべて強調し、おなじみのデザインを忘れられないものへと昇華させました。
The circular vamp design gives these a vintage feel that dresses up casual outfits better than I expected. The parchment color goes with nearly everything I own, and they’ve held their shape through several wears so far.
I’ve been rotating these into my weekend rotation and the CVO silhouette is exactly the vintage-inspired shape I was hoping for. The parchment colorway goes with nearly everything and the construction feels sturdy without being stiff.
Took these out of the box and the parchment color is even warmer in person, and the CVO cut gives them a clean retro silhouette that dresses up jeans without looking stiff. They fit true to size and broke in after just a couple of wears, which is exactly what I wanted for a casual everyday sneaker.
